PRE-PRESS AND GRAPHIC DESIGN STUDIO
Demax possesses modern equipment for scanning and processing of images, graphic design, prepress preparation, displaying of films (CTF), displaying directly on plates (CTP) and print.
The studio for graphic design and prepress is equipped with Macintosh and PC computers, which suit the professional requirements at the moment.
Scanning is done on drum scanner Magnascan manufactured by the firm “Crosfield”.
Its technical characteristics are:
• A possibility of scanning of opaque and transparent originals
• Zooming percentage
• Opaque originals – 800%
• Transparent originals – 2000%
• Maximal size of the original : 510/635 mm
The studios capabilities are complemented with two flat table-scanners with format A4-HP and Mikrotek.

Minimal size of the spot of the laser 10 µm
Software RIP – TORRENT RIP, PostScript Level 3, with maintenance of PDF Workflow.
Program(imposition) for electronic mounting – format up to 1400 x 1100 mm, control for mistakes of the incoming PDF files, trapping processor, CIP-3 generator of data for tuning the zones of inking etc.
Equipment (EPSON Stylus Pro 9600) and software for control of the installing and coloured samples to 1400 x 1100 mm.
Exponator PrimeSetter 74
For exponation of films Demax diposes of role exponator PrimeSetter 74 – phototype setting vending machine manufactured by the firm Heidelberg. On principle, the new construction of the mechanism, securing the moving of
of the film on an air pillow, fixing of the film by vacuum and the lack of rollers on the entrance and the exit guarantee high accuracy of compatibility with the forms and 1 absence of scratches, stretching and other mechanical defects.
The characteristics of the exponator are:

For exponation clients files in the format of postscripts and .PDF flies are accepted from all kind of magnet, optical and flash bearers, as well as on the companies FTP- server.

or it can be delivered to you by request.
